Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to:
• All purchases of NexaMed Global products (“Products”) made through our website or authorized sales channels.
• All fees paid for NexaMed Global services including certification programs, international career tours, and internships.
By placing an order or enrolling in a program, you agree to abide by this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other published policies.
2. Program & Service Cancellations (Education & Tours)
2.1 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If NexaMed Global cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, travel restrictions):
• Full Refund of the amount paid, or
• Transfer to another program of equal value.
2.2 Participant Cancellations
• 30+ Days Before Start: Refund minus [X]% administrative fee.
• 15–29 Days Before Start: 50% refund.
• Less Than 15 Days Before Start: No refund.
• No-Shows: No refund.
2.3 Visa & Travel-Related Issues
• Visa denial: Refund minus non-recoverable costs (e.g., hotel deposits, flight blocks) with official refusal proof.
• No refund for personal travel disruptions.
2.4 Online & Blended Programs
• Digital access (e.g., e-learning materials) is non-refundable once login details are issued.
3. Product Orders (Non-Subscription)
3.1 Cancellation & Refunds
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging.
• 10% restocking fee may apply (except defective or incorrect items).
3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
• Report within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide order number, clear photos/videos, and packaging images.
• Upon verification, we will offer:
o Full refund, or
o Replacement at no extra cost (including shipping).
3.3 Cancellation by NexaMed Global
• If we cancel due to stock unavailability, regulatory issues, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund for the product price. No reimbursement for personal costs (e.g., travel).
3.4 Duplicate Payments
• Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 15 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Items requiring sterilization or restricted by health & safety regulations (e.g., single-use medical supplies) are non-returnable.
• Non-returnable status will be clearly stated at purchase.
5. Special Circumstances
• In exceptional situations (e.g., serious medical emergency, bereavement), NexaMed Global may offer:
o Partial refund, or
o Program credit for future use (at our discretion).
6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within:
o 15 business days (products)
o 30 working days (programs/services)
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and third-party service costs are non-refundable.
