1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Definitions
• Company – NexaMed Global FZ-LLC
• Participants – Any students, professionals, or partners enrolled in or using our products or services.
• Program – Any certification courses, international tours, internships, or events offered/ organized by NexaMed Global

3. User Account & Security
• Certain services require registration. You will be provided with a unique username/account, which is non-transferable.
• Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Eligibility
• Participants must meet the minimum program entry requirements.
• For participants under 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.
• Some programs may require academic or professional qualifications.

5. Access to Products & Services
• Access to NexaMed Global’s programs, resources, or materials is for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or modification is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content, including text, images, program materials, trademarks, and branding, is owned by NexaMed Global or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Enrolment & Payment
• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the program terms.
• Payments are non-transferable and must be made in the currency specified.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
• Company-initiated cancellation: Full refund or program transfer offered.
• Participant cancellation: Refunds (if applicable) follow the specific program refund policy.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than [X] days before the start date.

9. Program Modifications
• We reserve the right to alter itineraries, schedules, instructors, or venues due to operational requirements, health regulations, or travel restrictions.

10. Travel & Accommodation (International Tours)
• Participants must secure valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• NexaMed Global is not responsible for visa denials, travel disruptions, or related costs.
• Accommodation, meals, and transport are provided only as per the program package.

11. Health, Safety & Insurance
• Participants must follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Comprehensive travel and health insurance is mandatory for international participants.
• Medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed.

12. Code of Conduct
• Respect local laws, cultural norms, and program guidelines.
• Misconduct, illegal behavior, or rule violations may result in dismissal without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability
• Use of our website and participation in programs is as per the policies and guidelines of the organization. NexaMed Global and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law.

14. Termination of Access
• We may suspend or terminate your account or participation if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent/abusive behavior.

15. Indemnification
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexaMed Global and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

16. Waiver & Severability
• Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

18. Amendment & Assignment
• NexaMed Global may modify these Terms at any time by publishing updates on its website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and other posted policies, form the complete agreement between you and NexaMed Global.
